We at Express Translate have been working in the online marketing and affiliate space for some time. When we focused on the Amazon partner program and in 2017 we noticed, that there were quite a lot of grammatical errors in many product descriptions.
Our psychometrics team started analyzing the performance of products with badly written product descriptions and it turned out to that they under-performed in key metrics by up to -34% compared to well written ones.
This lead us to create this service. Other more standard translation services are very expensive (15-20€ per 100 words) so we chose to specialize in product descriptions only to be able to offer a quick and easy solution.
